I'm running on fumes today so I decided to make a smoothie to give me an energy boost. Today's smoothie is packed with peanut butter, banana, and oatmeal.
Here are the ingredients:

* 1 whole banana
* 1 part each peanut butter, ice, and vanilla almond milk
* 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
