Good Morning Loves!
My favorite people fruit growing up was the peach. I couldn't wait to get to my grandma's house and eat peaches. They are juicy and sweet with nutritional benefits.
Today's smoothie is real peachy.
* 1 container of peach yogurt
* 1 part each of peach slices, sliced strawberries, banana slices, orange juice, ice, and oatmeal
* 3 tbs flaxseed
* 1 container of peach yogurt

* 3 tbs flaxseed
Blend it and enjoy. I know I did.
