Hey Loves! 
I'm trying to lose this baby fat.  I've lost some, but this stomach is stubborn.  I big part of having a healthy body is eating healthy.   So I've been experimenting with shakes.   Today's smoothie is awesome. I call it the Berry Blast. 
Ingredients
1 party each
• Blueberry Yogurt
• Frozen Strawberries
• Cranberry Raspberry Juice
• Oatmeal
1 party each
• Blueberry Yogurt
• Frozen Strawberries
• Cranberry Raspberry Juice
• Oatmeal
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until preferred consistency.

Drink and enjoy.
