Cook with Me: Antioxidant Packed Smoothie

Hi Loves! 

Did you know berries are big on antioxidants that slow or prevent cell damage?  This smoothie is packed with antioxidants. 

Ingredients:
1 container of raspberry yogurt
1 part each of strawberries, cranberry pomegranate juice,  oatmeal, and crushed ice
3 tbs of flaxseed

Try it for lunch, breakfast, or a snack.
